Terms of recruiting services in Ukraine

Our special terms for search and selection of personnel are as follows:

1. Time schedule for finding the personnel: 2-6 weeks

2. For each of the recommended candidates we will provide you with:
- Resume of the candidate;
- Personal written conclusion based on the results of testing and evaluation of the candidate;
- Comments and consultations;
- If needed or at your request, we will provide copies of other required documents of the candidate (copies of passport, work book, diploma, certificates, letters of recommendation, etc.).

3. We guarantee one-time free replacement of each candidate within 2-6 month after his/her date of employment.

4. Additional guarantees. Within one year after fulfilling your recruitment order our company does not treat any of the employees of your company as candidates for the orders of other companies working in the same region.

5. The cost of the abovementioned services (without VAT) – starts from 10% of the annual salary of the employee and depends on the specificity and professional qualification of the specialists you are searching for. This offer is subject to privileged terms for your company:
- group order,
- system of accumulating discounts,
- possibility of strategic partnership with your company in future.
